HOLIDAY ORDERS
Cut Off For Christmas Orders:
Rush Orders must be placed no later than November 10th, 2025.
Regular Orders must be placed no later than October 13th, 2025.
Please expect any orders placed after the cut off dates to be completed in January 2026!
The saddlery will be closed December 22, 2025 - January 4, 2026. Our team will resume with normal business hours on January 5th!
Orders can still be submitted through the website during that time.

CUSTOM BARREL SADDLE ORDERS
Current Standard Order Wait Time: 8-9 Weeks
Current Rush Order Wait Time: 4-5 Weeks
Our wait times are current and updated. Wait times begin when an order is placed and end when the saddle is complete. A standard order CANNOT be changed to a rush order once it is place.

Please, read all instructions carefully to ensure your order form is completed correctly.
Deposits and rush fees are due immediately when an order is placed. Please, DO NOT send in an order unless you plan to pay the deposit and rush fee immediately after your order is sent. RUSH FEES are an ADDITIONAL CHARGE (not a deposit) to be moved up in the line and WILL NOT be taken off your order total at the end. Order deposits will come off your ending order total. Ordering Your Custom Saddle
We recommend completing the custom order form on a computer for the smoothest experience. Please, read the instructions below before you place your order.

Ordering Trophy Saddles:
No deposit is due for trophy saddles awarded as a saddle certificate. All upgrades will be billed when the saddle is finished.
If you were given an allowance from an association to order a trophy saddle, you must pay the deposit. If the saddle is to have any trophy lettering or logos on it, you must send them in at the time the order is placed. Please state in the trophy box of the order form how many total logos will be on the saddle. Our team will already have the logos needed for your saddle if the certificate was paid in full by the race or association.

2. Please ensure all information is entered correctly, including phone number, mailing address, and email address. The mailing address you provide needs to be a valid shipping address! We will send the final invoice to the email you provide.
3. If you need your order rushed, you must check yes on the order form and submit a non refundable $250 fee with your $250 deposit and completed form. Please allow 5 weeks for your rushed order to be fulfilled. NO CHANGES CAN BE MADE TO RUSHED ORDERS.
4. Select Need Fitting in the Tree & Bar Size section if you plan on utilizing the FREE virtual saddle fitting option with your order. Please, DO NOT select a tree size if you need a fitting. Only select the Need Fitting box and leave all other boxes blank. Due to the high demand of virtual fittings, we only offer complimentary fittings when you submit an order form and deposit. We are not responsible for misinformation provided by outside sources and highly recommend you take advantage of this offer. 5. Use the Specialty Designs & Requests box if you’d like to add any options not available on the order form. Click here to learn more about specialty designs and requests offered.
6. After you’ve completed and submitted an order form, you will need to verify your email address. A verification email will automatically be sent to the address you’ve provided. Once your email has been verified, a copy of your order form will be sent to you and the Robbie Phillips team.
7. TO COMPLETE THE YOUR ORDER, you must revisit this page to pay the non refundable $250 deposit and $250 rush fee (if applicable). Deposits and rush fees are due immediately after your order is placed and must be paid through the website. Once the deposit is paid, we WILL NOT accept any other payments until you receive your final invoice. Your final invoice will be sent when your saddle is almost complete. If you'd like to estimate your final bill, you can do so by adding all of the custom options you selected on the order form to the base price of $2,700.
